Jill's neice, Rachel and her family, live in Greystoke near Penrith. Their eldest daughter, Sophie, has just completed a school project about an aspect of World War 1. The class were asked to find a war memorial and then investigate it further.

Sophie, aged 10, chose the memorial in St. John's in the Vale- near Keswick and in particular a man called Oliver Robinson as she has an uncle/godfather of the same name.
